GENERAL INFORMATION
All pieces are handcrafted to order in our studio in Portugal.
Each piece is created with time and care, ensuring the highest quality.
Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout — we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped from Portugal via trusted carriers.
Noble offers free standard delivery on all orders above €90 within Portugal and Spain, and on all international orders above €150.
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Please note that for orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs in advance, as they vary depending on each country’s regulations.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.
If you do not receive this email within a few days after your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at noblestudiojewelry@gmail.com.
DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.
Once a parcel leaves Portugal, ownership and responsibility for the shipment pass to the customer.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and inform us at noblestudiojewelry@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS OF SHIPPED ORDERS
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
