RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Noble piece. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 1–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We do not cover exchange shipping costs.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact noblestudiojewelry@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.


CARE & REPAIR

Our jewelry is crafted with longevity in mind, but care is essential to preserve its beauty.Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals, and remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please contact us for repair inquiries.
